All of us at Age of Learning, Inc., were once again humbled by the amazing messages of thanks and encouragement we received from families and teachers using ABCmouse. To date, we’ve received almost 3 million (2,998,721 to be exact). Here are a few from the past month that I’d like to share.
Thank you so much for adding second grade levels 9 and 10! I am so excited! I was overwhelmed with the thought of finding my daughter a different curriculum after she completed level 8. I love this program. It is engaging, and the printables, plus all the lessons, are amazing.

This is great! … And since this is a low income area that our school is in, I am so excited to share this awesome resource with the families to use at home. I have heard great things about it and of course all the commercials. So happy it is FREE for teachers!

I’m very smart. And I’m 7 years old. I love this site. It’s very good for children like me—and other kids.
—7-year-old in Chicago, IL
I think that this is the BEST SITE EVER! My 5-year-old has learned so much from this site. Right now she is in the honors reading group reading on a high first grade level. My 7-year-old old has brought up her reading level, and since math isn’t her best subject, ABCmouse has been that extra study guide for her. She is doing so well. THANK YOU!

I am so thrilled to have found this amazing site! I tell everyone I know who has children—or even those who do not have children—that ABCmouse.com will change the way the world learns.

My son has a learning disability and has been using your site for 3 years. He is now 6 and despite his learning disability he is well above par and top of his class and just LOVES to learn! I ‘blame’ ABCmouse for ensuring my son does so well and loves learning so much. He is a genius, and the best decision I could have ever made for him was to sign him up for your site.

I just want to give a shout out as to how much our family LOVES ABCmouse! We homeschool our kids and it is an excellent program for some extra enrichment! My kids compete over how many tickets they can earn to ‘buy new pets.’ And they enjoy all the activities. My youngest son has learning disabilities, has had more than one brain surgery, and also has some vision problems, and ABCmouse has helped to break the barrier with him and keep learning fun! Thank you!!!!!!
We love it. All of my children and I love and use ABCmouse all the time. We refer everyone who has young children to also use ABCmouse. The kids can play on here for hours and it’s 100% educational. Their grades are up and improved, along with reading ability and sight words. Thank you ABCmouse.

We were thrilled with the results of a two-year longitudinal study of the efficacy of ABCmouse. The study examined the academic impact of the integration of our ABCmouse Early Learning Academy into prekindergarten and kindergarten classrooms. An article about the study was recently published in the Journal of Applied Research on Children.
The study found that students who completed more ABCmouse learning activities during the prekindergarten year scored higher on an assessment of kindergarten readiness skills than those who completed fewer activities. Results also showed that ABCmouse contributed to accelerated gains in literacy and math across several assessments throughout the kindergarten year. ABCmouse also appeared to help students who entered kindergarten less prepared catch up to their peers. Increased usage correlated with positive academic outcomes: the more students used ABCmouse, the more likely they were to make gains in math and literacy skills.
3 Key Findings of the Study
- Kindergarten readiness: Greater usage of ABCmouse (more learning activities completed) resulted in higher kindergarten readiness scores at the end of pre-k.
- Accelerated learning in kindergarten: Regular ABCmouse usage in kindergarten helped to accelerate students’ learning gains in literacy and mathematics skills on multiple assessments.
- Learning activities: The number of ABCmouse learning activities completed was a strong predictor of literacy and math outcomes at the end of kindergarten.
